In my practice, it\u2019s not about thinking or analyzing, but about feeling and integrating.
\nWe work with what is held within emotions, experiences, patterns, everything that has been stored in your body and your system.\nBy acknowledging and fully feeling what is truly going on, space begins to open.\nThe tension softens, your responses begin to shift, and what once was survival becomes living again. You don\u2019t have to force anything or \u201clearn\u201d something new. When emotions are processed, behavior naturally changes from within.<\/p>\n
