For over twenty years, I have been working with people navigating transition, crisis, and personal growth. With a strong foundation as a social worker, I have specialized in emotional therapy, EFT couples therapy, EMDR, Kundalini flow, Ankh healing, earth healing, and holistic massage therapy. My work brings together mind, body, and soul—not as a concept, but as a direct experience. What is stuck is allowed to flow again. What has been avoided, we gently face together.

In my holistic massage therapy and energetic sessions, I listen to what the body is telling—often beyond words. Through touch, presence, and attunement, space is created for relaxation, release, and integration. The body does not lie; it shows exactly where tension, old emotions, or unprocessed experiences are still being held. In this work, I invite you to slow down, to feel, and to reconnect with your body as a compass for healing and restoration.

I do this work because I believe real change doesn’t come from talking alone. In couples therapy, I guide partners toward greater safety, honesty, and connection—beyond patterns and survival strategies. In women’s groups and retreats, I create a grounded space for deepening, sisterhood, and initiation: places where women are invited to soften, feel, and remember who they truly are.
