Types of Therapy

In my practice, it’s not about thinking or analyzing, but about feeling and integrating.
We work with what is held within emotions, experiences, patterns, everything that has been stored in your body and your system. By acknowledging and fully feeling what is truly going on, space begins to open. The tension softens, your responses begin to shift, and what once was survival becomes living again. You don’t have to force anything or “learn” something new. When emotions are processed, behavior naturally changes from within.
